TRICK OR TREAT

Trick or Treating in Somers Point will be held from 6-8pm on Halloween – Friday, October 31st.
FLU SEASON

IT'S FLU SEASON AGAIN!

Did you know the flu is more dangerous than a cold, sometimes resulting in death? The flu vaccine is very effective in preventing the disease.  Everyone, young or old, should get the vaccine.  Check with your doctor. The flu is very serious when it infects infants and children. The flu vaccine WILL NOT give you the flu.

ALL children in day-care and Pre-school programs aged 6 months to 5 years in the State of New Jersey ARE REQUIRED to have the flu shot between Sept 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014.  When your child get this shot, please bring in the record to the school nurse or your child's teacher.

Any student who does not receive their flu shot before Winter break WILL NOT BE PERMITTED BACK TO SCHOOL January 5, 2015.
